TITO BELATI PERUGIA

Hello all,

I just pulled out an old soprano sax that my pops gave to me years ago before he died and I was wondering if I could get any information on it. Its silver and says "TITO BELATI PERUGIA" branded on it with the number 1402 else where on it. Does anyone out there know who made this instrument and from what era?
