Antigua vs Kessler soprano sax

I am an alto player with a vintage Selmer Mark VI Paris that i am totally in love with. Looking to buy a soprano without breaking the bank (under $2,000). Currently looking at the top ends of Kessler vs Antigua. Any thoughts or recomendations for those horns or others i am not considering?

If I were you, since you are already playing a quality horn, I would check out a used YSS 62. I've played them, they are cheaper and play better than the old Mark Vl sopranos.

Both those choices seem good.  If it were me, I'd get one in red brass because it would counteract the tendency (IMO) of modern sopranos to sound kind of thin and shrill.  Kessler has a trial/return policy that you might use to help make your decision.

One sleeper horn that you can pick up in the used market for not too much $ is the Vito Japan soprano.  They were made by Yanagisawa, and Yanis are pretty much the gold standard for sopranos.
