Selmer Soprano Sax "New Large Bore"

Can anyone give me the estimate value of a 1928 selmer depose soprano sax?

        I tried some selmer mark VI soprano and i don't like them for one major reason " the pitch " i use a Yamaha YSS61 a much better horn than a Selmer , believe it of not , with a selmer supersession mouthpiece . Ok so ! Try the selmer with a good tuner ( i always bring my tuner when i try a sax) and if you are lucky and the sax seem to be fine so make an offer at 1500 $ US not more .

          Thanks for the information. That's the same price I got from a sax repair shop I called. I'm also going to check out that Yamaha YSS61.

          Chriss Potter play with Yamaha YSS 62 much better than a overrated Selmer . Yani are really good to , the choice of the mouthpiece ii's the key , sorry for my english , i'm a french Canadian . Try those mouthpiece , selmer supersession ( realy good in the high register) or a Lebayle (ebonite)

          Thanks, I took your advice and bought a YSS-62 Soprano Purple Logo on ebay today. Now looking for semer supersession mouthpiece.
