It's a Conn "shooting star" model, called such because of the style of engraving on the bell. The serial number # Exxxx dates it to 1965. Really not worth much more than a comparable student model sax, with new pads and in top playing shape can go for around the $500 mark I'm guessing, but not much more. If it has been sitting for any length of time, it will most likely need pad work to get to that price, you might do bettering just selling it as-is for whatever you can get for it.
