I am missing a little rubber thing on the left part of whatever that is, and I would like to know what it is so I can know how to fix it. I cannot play low C#, low B, and low B flat. Thanks.

Its teflon tubing that is cut ans slid on with a little glue.
More a hassle for you to take it to someone than any real cost.
These are the types of repairs that made me learn how a sax works so I could take care of it at home.
