Soprano saxophone D is out of tune

pretty much what the title says! The third octave D on my soprano sax sounds completely out of tune but all the notes above and below are fine?

    Possibly not opening all the way or too much.

    Cork got knocked off or key bent.

     

    Is this a new problem that has just started?

    Maybe something blocking the opening like a small bit of lint inside.
