P Mauriat - unsure of model or if it is authentic

G'day all!

I recently purchased a P.Mauriat tenor <refer pics> thinking that it was the real deal.  However I notice that the sax does not have a model # listed on the bell ... hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this one.  I have seen Selmers and high-end Yamaha copies, but would be surprised if someone was cloning a P.Mauriat given they are relatively new to the market and do not have the biggest name out there ... and they are made in Taiwan ...

Thoughts please!!!!

Cheers,

Mike

Yes, this is a real P. Mauriat. This is an older discountinued model from ~2007. It is made in Taiwan. There current models are much imporved from this older model but its still a decent saxophone. I would think it should be worth about $1000-$1200 on the used market if in good playing condition.
