Here is an excellent Otto Link slant 7* mouthpiece for the alto sax, with "USA" stamped on the shank. It measures true at .090" and has a brilliant open sound. 

This piece is in fantastic original condition. The bite plate has been protected by a guard and looks to be in mint shape. The tip, rails, and table likewise are in incredible condition. There are amazingly few scratches anywhere on this mouthpiece, and even most of the white lettering remains intact. This is an excellent example of a now-famous mouthpiece made even better with a real desired opening!
