What a great piece, Florida Double Line Super Tone Master for tenor sax, serial number L79. For its age this piece is in very nice shape showing only cosmetic wear in regards to the finish. There is no damage to the integrity of the body. The tip, rails and table are very pristine looking showing no signs of previous damage. This mouthpiece was adjusted at some point by mouthpiece refacing master Brian Powell to about .100”. The mouthpiece plays with very little resistance and is very free blowing over all. All of the notes over the whole range low to high sound very easily, but the upper register has a brilliant singing quality to it. Sonically the mouthpiece is a little on bright side in comparison to most links. The over all volume, projection and control of this mouthpiece are excellent as well.
