SELMER Gold Plate Super Soprano (Serial Number: 12741) Back to model

Here's a wonderful early vintage Selmer Paris Super model soprano sax. The serial number is 12741 which dates to 1930. This instrument is in beautiful original satin gold plate with burnished gold inlay in the engraving and burnished gold plate keys.

The horn has been well cared for and is in excellent condition. There is very little plating wear and no dents or past repairs.

The sax has a huge warm sound with perfect inntonation and ...better than most VI's. The horn has the typical Selmer brown plastic resonators. This is a serious player's soprano. It is photographed with original Henri Selmer case.
