This is a rare and beautiful vintage Conn 6M alto, serial number 268713. It has matte silver on the body, burnished silver on the keys and engraving, and gold plating on the inside of the bell. It features rolled toneholes, tuner neck, adjustable thumbhook and leftside bell keys. The plating is in perfect condition and 99+% intact.

The physical condition is excellent. There are NO dents and NO repaired dents or damages. There are 2 resoldered joints on the low Eb key. These are the only resoldered points on the instrument.

This is a great alto and the model that you would often hear Charlie Parker play. It has a wonderful scale and warm, sweet sound.
