Vintage Selmer Classic Tan Brown Tri-Pack Case for Tenor Sax:

 

What well designed and well made cases these are - this one, despite its exterior wear, has a rare quality to it.


The interior is excellent, especially because the padding is still full and firm; and there is only very mild wear which is hardly noticeable.

The exterior is original, and shows signs of wear and tear, visible in the photos below .

The hardware is all original, and functioning.

The latch style has advantages over the zipper style - the case is easier to close, and there can be no problem of jammed zippers.

The original keys are with the case.

The clarinet-compartment insert is not with the case.

With some cleaning and leather care, this case will look great.
