Repair early model Brilhart Level Air's bite plate

I have a Level Air that I purchased in 1966. The bite plate is almost worn through, and I need to replace it. Can anyone steer me to someone who can repair this. As you probably know, this mouthpiece has a special bite plate that is unique to these early Level Airs. Thanks

You might want to contact Keith Bradbury (aka Mojo). Here is his site: www.mojomouthpiecework.com I'm sure there is a contact link on that site somewhere.

Did you ever find anyone who sells a replacement bite plate for the above mentioned tenor Brilhart Level Aire?
