The Viking Instruments M40CB and M58 are now available and shipping with Beason Key Clamps and stock with 2 special necks to accommodate different tastes in sound and resistance. We also are having the Viking website redone and it should be up by June 12 2012. We are now offering a full deluxe  set up by Charles Gray "Sax Whisperer" for an additional cost of $600.00. All horns come with a stock set up by Charles Gray before each horn leaves viking.

Deluxe Set up   #1 – Complete dissemble and examination. Any mechanical flaws from mass production with be noted and corrected.
#2 – All padding and regulation materials removed
#3 – Tone holes leveled
#4 – All aspects of key fitting addressed. This is including but not limited to, key wedging, rod sizing, and pivot screw receptacle fitting.
#5 – New pads (your choice of any Music Medic brand pad/resonator combination) installed using shellac, which helps provide the definite, firm feel professionals demand.
#6 – Traditional and nontraditional regulation materials used in combination to make the smoothest, longest lasting regulation possible. These materials include Tech Cork, Teflon, Leather, Felt, and Natural Cork.
#7 – Key heights set for optimum resonance
#8 – Spring tensions set to owner’s preference.
#9 – A document with all information of work done will be provided. This will include exact pad sizes and mechanical features needed minor adjustment and correction.
Other setup options available at extra cost
Removable Bow to Body brace sealed by soldering the junction. – Extra $75 (only available during this setup at this price)
Reso Tech Over sized resonator installation available. Cost will be $50 above actual Music Medic.com cost for the resonator set desired.

Email conversation between The Saxophone Whisperer and the client must take place to discuss which pads to use, spring tension desired, and if there is a pad height preference. Email is used in order to protect both parties involved as it shall be used as a reference document.
