Saxophone "Timbre USA Designed" - need information about it.

Hello,

I am new in this field and I just bought a saxophone. The brand marked on this saxophone is "Timbre USA designed" with a serial number of "TA60002" and I could not find any information about it. I would like to learn how to play it and I would like to know if this is a good / bad instrument. Please send me any useful information about this instrument and tell me if this is a good starting point for learning sax. Also please tell me what type / brand of mouthpiece would be good for it and what type/brand of reeds would work for a begginer.
