Brilhart Level Aire Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece

I purchased a Brilhart Level Aire Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece mouthpiece in January but still have not received it.
I think that these are produced by Selmer.
After receiving numerous backorder notices, I contacted the store and was told that the supplier has moved the supply date to October.
This appears to be the case when looking at other stores also.
Does anyone know why it is so long for this to become available?
