Vintage Brilhart

I've recently acquired a vintage Brilhart Tonalin mouthpiece for the tenor. It has number 4 stamped on it. No ligature. My questions are: Is this plastic, or hard rubber? Would this be a good mp for my 10M? What would the best type ligature be for it? Does the #4 indicate the facing, and if so, is it too narrow for me (I'm currently using a hard rubber Berg 105/2M)? Thanks for any info.
