SOPRANOS

I have played alto for a long time, and now I'm interested in possibly buying a vintage soprano (under $2000). I don't know much at all about different vintage brands, and what each is known for. What's a good, dependable soprano with a great tone in my price range? And where's a good site to look at some (aside from this site)? Thanx.
