gary sugal mouthpiece problem

i just bought a sugal nick brignola mouthpiece off of ebay and the damn thing was completely cut crooked the tip was bigger on one side than the other and the rails one was thinner than the other and the chamber plus the toothgard were cut a little to the left i would like to know if anyone else has had that problem with any other sugal mouthpieces
