Help identifying year of manufacture

Can anyone venture the year of manufacture of my alto sax which I think to be a Conn Pan American stencil sax. At the lower back it has the usual 1914 patent date, then below it an "A" for Alto, below it a "P 10669", the "P" I think designates Pan American, the 10669 is the serial number, then below it an "L" for Low Pitch. On the bell is engraved "Class A Artist, Williams Montreal" The sax is silver and in very nice condition. Although I'm not selling it, I'd also be curious as to it's value. Thanks for your help.

Can you send me a couple pictures? I'll try to find a serial number list. It sounds like a Conn New Wonder stencil, probably made in the early 1920's. The P doesn't necessarily indicate that it's a Pan American. This is a stencil serial number, not a Conn serial number. Does it have rolled tone holes?
