king series IV silversonic alto sax

As a proud owner of a vintage series II Super 20 Cleveland alto and tenor i am very interested in a alto I found. It is the series IV serial # 420.000 silver sonic alto. Can anybody give some info on these horns all I know is they were made right before the factory went to eastlake being that I am from that area. Are these as good as the series 1 and 2s or a lesser quality and what is a good asking price for these horns. Any help would be appreciated.
