Help!

I have a horn I am trying to figure out if it would be worth restoring, or if anyone would be interested in buying. It is a Carl Fisher New York, all silver, has French engraving on the left side of bell.... Evette & Shaeffer Anc(e) M(n) Buffet Cramon&C(ie) 18&20 Passage du G(d) Cerf Paris 23808 (all looks hand engraved) Stamped: Made in France LP It has some extra finger placements...I think it is called appogie (sp?)fingering. Any information would be much appreciated. The pads and springs need replaced and the neck is missing the bottom part of the insert, but the horn itself is in great shape with only a few minor dents. I can send some pictures if anyone wants to see it to better understand. Thansk for any help! Todd
