Yanagisawa Soprano

I have a Yanagisawa Soprano sax that was in a fire (smoke damage) that I would appreciate some information about.  The fact that it looks old is probably because of the smoke, it may in fact be non-vintage, if so I apologize in advance.   The horn is engraved 'MADE BY YANAGISAWA", there is a stamped "JAPAN 1752xxx" on the lower side below the thumb rest.  The three uppermost keys, pads and the rod seem to be missing.   Can anyone tell me what model it is?  Date of manufacture?  1975 perhaps? Maybe a ballpark value?  Thanks in advance,  Ken
