Berkeley Soprano Saxophone: Legit or Not?

It says it's a Berkely Soprano Sax. I had no idea what that company was, so I searched it up and found that RS Berkely was a fairly reputable company. So, I thought it would be an ok investment, since it was only $500. However, when I looked at the pictures the seller posted, the engraving looked a bit different than the engraving on the RS Berkeley soprano on the website. This made me wonder if this is actually an RS Berkely sax or not. Do you guys think it is? Do you have any other suggestions for sopranos at around $500?
