Buying help Jupiter YTS 700A, Yamaha 480, yts26 or Selma s400?

Hello all,

I need your advise deciding which of these Tenor Saxophones to buy for my son. Jupiter JTS700A $1,900, Yamaha 480 $2,500, Yamaha yts26 $2,000 or Selma SETS400 $2,000? He is not a beginner so I need a saxophone  for him to use for a long time.

    The instrument to buy is always  the one the musician feels works best for them.

    Not a question for a group of strangers. You should buy him the one he feels plays best and that he likes.

    Everything else is just chance.

    Yamaha has the best reputation for a solid good instrument.
