Selmer 80 Super Action S1 Soprano

So, anyone knows about the selmer soprano SA80? It is not the series 2, just super action. I am hardly to find out the information of this saxphone on the internet and I saw somebody sells the used one locally. And I see it also has "BIS" under its series number, and I did not find this out on the other same type products. So what is the meaning of that?
