How Do i play high F#?

i have an old alto sax the brand name is "concertone" and i really need to know how do i play high F# because my saxophone doesn't have the right button so i really need help!

    You have the right buttons. I'll give you the two fingerings that I use on alto. Fist fingering is: High F key and A key. Second fingering is: B key, G key, and F key. Octave key remains open throughout the harmonic range. Hope this helps you :)

      I use the high F, A, and side B flat keys. This works very well for me. I've tried the other fingerings and this one seems to give the brightest tone.

      I forgot to say side Bb . I meant high F key, A key and side Bb. As Sax Alert said, that is the best one. Sorry for the error :(
