Here is a nice, Dave Guardala hand-made metal mouthpiece for the alto saxophone, serial number 4630. The tip opening is .072".

Physically, the mouthpiece is in absolutely perfect condition, outside of some typical finish wear. 

The higher baffle produces a powerful and rich tone on the brighter end of the color spectrum. These pieces are perfect for contemporary players who like to cut above a loud band. You wont see a lot of these in the big band sax section but they are very common among solo players and R&B players.
