This is an all original vintage hard rubber Meyer mouthpiece for the alto sax. This is a "New York USA" vintage piece, stamped a 4M and measuring .074". It has some light scratching on top from a previous ligature, but is overall in great shape. The tip looks great, and there are no major indentations in the beak.
