This is a very nice original Gale Companion Alto sax mouthpiece.  The piece is stamped an original 4M, and measures out to a .068".  The piece has a very smooth sound reminiscent of Paul Desmond.  It plays with a response more similar to a Meyer than a Gregory, but definitely has that overall Gregory feeling of vibration, and sound.  These are incredibly rare mouthpieces, and exceptional players.
