This is an outstanding all original NY vintage Meyer Bros mouthpiece for the alto sax. This piece is stamped a 5M with medium chamber, and measures .074", all original and never refaced. The piece is in awesome shape, some light surface scratching but no major wear, and the tip and rails look great.
