This is an original "NY USA" Meyer 7S(short facing) mouthpiece for the alto sax. This medium chamber piece is in excellent shape. The only wear is some light scratching from a past ligature. There is no major wear on the bite plate. Nearly all of the gold lettering remains intact with little fading, something practically unheard of with these vintage Meyers. The tip measures .081".
