C.G. CONN 10M Naked Lady - Lacquer (Serial Number: 322520) Back to model

Here is a completely original Conn 10M tenor sax, serial number 322520. This is the last of the rolled tone hole 10Ms. After 1947 the rolled tone hole was no more and thus started the decline of the great C.G. Conn empire.

This horn is in outstanding physical condition. The original lacquer stands at well over 95%, with no major wear anywhere, including around the engraving as is so common on these vintage Conn’s. There are no major dents, and just a couple of the smallest pencil point pings in the bottom bow region. The instrument features rolled tone holes, and is complete with all of the original set screws. This sax has all the original reso-pads, you don’t see many like this anymore!

The only wear of note isn’t on the sax at all, but rather on the neck, where there is some lacquer wear near the cork. Otherwise this instrument is about as mint as they come.

The horn has a nice spread characteristic, and a very flexible sound.
