| Affiliation | Terrence currently is the head music educator over the Unity Center/Chester Upland School of the Arts after school program in Chester, PA and teaches private lessons at the renown Music & Arts in Broomall and Exton, PA, the Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz and Performing Arts and Springfield Music. Terrence also performs with the Odean Pope Saxophone Choir, 2 The Max Dance Band, Bounce, the Sun Ra Arkestra, The El Maroc Band and other various artists in the area as well as his own bands, The Terrence Brown Trio and The Terrence Brown Quartet. To compliment his rigorous teaching and performing schedule, Terrence is also working on a few new projects which house the more popular musical stylings of nu-jazz, neo soul, hip-hop, easy listening and pop infused with traditional old school jazz, R&B and funk. |

The base teaching age for instruction is 11 years old (with exceptions made for extremely musically gifted younger students) and ranges up to senior citizens (with our oldest student to date being 88 years old). Individual lessons are mandatory for beginners and group lessons are only provided solely at my discretion. |
