This is one of the nicest Mark VI’s that I have ever come into contact with. This horn has been well cared for having not been played much in the last 20 years. It was bought new and owned by one person who is now having me sell it. The horn is dent free with about 90-95% of the original lacquer intact. As far as I can tell it still has all of its original pads and has never required any serious work. The horn had been gone over by a repair technician and will need no additional work upon purchase other than to set it up to your specific needs/wants. The horn comes with the original case which is a Chesterfield in as good a condition as you can expect from a 50-60 year old case. The zipper is smooth with no catches and there is an additional compartment inside of the case to hold a clarinet. Also, this horn comes with the original mouthpiece, a Selmer Paris Soloist C*. Price is negotiable. |
