Your horn has some features that look like a Buffet Dynaction from the 1950s.  The Evette-Schaeffer brand was used by Buffet for its line of student horns starting in the 1930s.  They have a reputation for erratic quality.  It is most likely a student horn from the 1950s and not very highly valued.  It might still be a good horn, though.

Evette Schaeffer model was a saxofon between 1,887 and 1,927, that saxs are very worthly, and expansives, Evette Schaeffer PARIS FRANCE was a sax more chip, no good quality, a student level sax, and was made between circa 1951 to 1,975, was a serial for a students and beginners, tanks, I have a serial 9448 sound very fine.
