Trying to identify old Dukoff tenor mp

I just bought a 1939 balanced action tenor, and there was a dukoff mp in the case. I can't figure out exactly what it is. It is silver/nickel in color with a white square where the teeth go, has "Bob Dukoff Co." on the base, with "Hollywood" written underneath it. Also has "B.D." on the top. "3" is etched on one side, and "T251" on the other. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
