monet paris

howdy, i just was loaned a "monet." alto sax. it says "monet. Paris france" on it, and that is just about all i know about it. it has a serial number 14265. does anyone know anything about this company? i can't seem to find anything about it. The only thing i know it this one fellow found a monet which was a Dolnet stencil. i can send you pictures if you might have any ideas thanks, and keep on groovin' saul
