If the horn is in good shape otherwise, no reason not to get it. The peak years for an Aristocrat were from the 30's to the 50's, but again, it's how it sounds and feels to you that counts. The price is right. In general, a Buescher is a good horn, and the Aristocrat is one of the best vintage horns on the market.
