    The most important thing is how it sounds and feels to you. As for any lower register problems, those can be easily worked out by a qualified tech. If the horn is in good shape otherwise, no reason not to get it. The peak years for an Aristocrat were from the 30's to the 50's, but again, it's how it sounds and feels to you that counts. The price is right. In general, a Buescher is a good horn, and the Aristocrat is one of the best vintage horns on the market.

      Any idea what an Aristocrat form this era is worth? The laquer is 99%. I may decide to upgrade in a few years, and would like to know what I could potentially get for it.
