    That's purely a collectors item you've got. The H denotes that the horn is tuned in high pitch, and modern instruments are tuned in low pitch, so it's not really usable. If you dont play, or even if you do, I would try to sell it to an instrument collector, but I dont know if you could get much for it.

    I also own a Soprano Saxophone with Patent date of 12/8/1914. It is a silver straight soprano saxophone with a gold bell with model #M205370 L. It is a C.G. Conn LTD made in elkhart, Ind. I believe it to have been manuafactured in 1927. I would also like to know if I have something here. I believe I also have the original case that it came in. What do I do with it and how much is it worth?

      If the soprano plays you might be able to sell it on ebay for $1000+ or locally for more, generally those conn sops play pretty well.
