Otto Link RG???

I'm looking into getting a new mouthpiece. Right now I'm borrowing an Otto Link NY 8* (metal). I've usually played on hard rubber and I think I still want to continue with a hard rubber mouthpiece. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the sizes of the Otto Link RG mean. On wwbw.com they feature 3 sizes: #108, #118, and #128. Would these be comparable to 6*, 7*, 8*? or are they more like mm measurements that Berg uses? Any help wouold be great!
