Woodwind & Co Mouthpieces
Just checking if anyone out there has any background info on Woodwind & Co Mouthpieces. I recently bought a hard rubber Woodwind & Co Sparkle-Aire for my tenor that was refaced to an Otto Link 8 by Adam Niewood (www.niewood.com). Adam told me that he didn't know much about its origin but it definitely is made of excellent rubber. It has a larger chamber like an old link and scooped out side walls. It plays like a good vintage link but it's a tiny bit darker. Anybody out there with any history or ID leads for this mystery mouthpiece?
