OTTO LINK Reso Chamber (1940-1946)

The Reso Chamber mouthpiece paralleled Otto Link's release of the Tone Master.  Just as the Tone Master was a big leap forward from the Four**** model, the Reso Chamber is considered by many to be a vast improvement over the New York Slant Signature.

Charicteristics of Reso Chamber:

  • Otto Link letters inclosed seperately from each other on back
  • Reso Chamber written in circle on back
  • Serial Number on shank under Otto Link stamp
  • "Otto Link Co.Inc. New York, NY" on shank under table

The first examples of these mouthpieces are often seen without any type of facing number.  Otto Link would soon begin to put facing stamps on the bottom of the table.  These mouthpieces are very dark, and are often found in relatively small tip openings.
