This is a newer Fred Lamberson tenor mouthpiece made from Delrin or Acetal.  Fred is considered by many to be one of the top mouthpiece manufacturers in the world, and he has a very long wait list to get one of his pieces.  This particular piece cam from a newer batch that he finished in 2012.  It has an 8DD tip opening.
